                 Minutes of Monthly Meeting 9th March 2017 at Nigg Police Station
Present;  Nigg CC, Alan Strachan – Chair, Gordon Anderson,  James Brownhill, Florence Clark, Jenny Gall,  Jan Harby, Moira Hay, Aurelie Irving, Alison Lawrence, Debra McDonald, Margaret Strachan, Greg Strange. ACC, Neil Cooney, Andy Finlayson. Local Council Candidate, Lynn Thomson. Police Scotland.

 
Item 1-Opening; Chair welcomed attendees.
Item 2 – Minutes and Agenda; Minutes of last meeting accepted.
Item 3- Police Report; 9 police reports including alarms on industial estate, domestic issues, police assaults and incidents of dogs not on leads on the Gramps.
Item 4 (incoming) –Mail; 1,Various communication on EFW plant at Tullos,2,ACC consultation –Travelling AWPR before and after,  questionnaire and leaflet available to complete. 3, Michael Gordon (Resident) Concerns re Boyne Villa. Site visit AF to action. 4,Daniel  LewisWithdrawal of Apl 101383 former” Dutch School” Boyd Orr Avenue.5,Response re collapsed culverts on Redmoss  Road-SWB aware inspection to be arranged.? Moira Hay  and  Alan Strachan to accompany. Ditches have been cleared.6,Karen  Rennie, “Becoming a Councillor” guide available. 7,Dustin Macdonald, note of Peoples Champion Award-nomination for award by 7/4.AS to action. 8, Invite to update meeting  Lochside  Academy 7thMarch.9,Karen  Rennie, Letter RE CC insurance. Outgoing. 1, Objection re removal  of trees at Boyne Villa. Removed by SSE for overhead cabling, to be replaced first planting season.
